"I contacted Living-Cyprus through the internet along with two other companies with regard to finding us suitable property to look at and possibly buy (we didn't think we would get something on our first visit to cyprus, how wrong we were) I flew out on Wednesday 31st March 04 and arranged to meet Anna on Thursday 1st April at 10:00am outside our hotel.
No problem as Anna was twenty minutes early and knew all our details and budget. The day was fantastic and went far too quickly, the houses and plots I was shown were all different from each other and gave me a good idea as to what I was and wasn't looking for. All my questions were answered straight away but the best feeling was that there was 'no pressure placed on me at all'. I was driven back to my hotel by Anna and arrived at about 5:00pm."

With regard to the developer - he was a star and has agreed changes in design to suit our needs at no extra cost and nothing was too much trouble. If you want it and it's possible he is very agreeable to your requests. We had everything tied up with the lawyer within a day and half and so far it has been a very enjoyable experience and we would recommend your services to anyone. "I am writing to thank your company and particularly the staff in Cyprus for all the help I was given on my recent trip to Cyprus. As I arrived during a bank holiday week I was really only left with 4 days to find and arrange purchase of a property and seriously doubted that this could be achieved. However your representative Anna spent many hours in Paphos with me on the first day. She had already made appointments with developers, who showed me only the type of property I was interested in, within my budget, therefore avoiding wasting time. At the end of the day I had three suitable properties, the only problem being choosing between them!
Anna also remained at the end of the phone for the rest of my stay and provided invaluable liaison between myself and the developer I finally decided to purchase from. Add to these introductions to banks for financial advice and an introduction to an excellent, English speaking solicitor, Areti Charidemou, and you have a complete property service.
